Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization while driving business growth and expanding our referral network.
This individual will become the face of the Company, representing The Care Support Alliance throughout the healthcare and legal communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, leading operational excellence, supporting recruitment initiatives, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Company.
- Manage employee scheduling and staffing needs.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
- Create and manage the Company's Indeed employer profile and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize AlayaCare (formerly AlignaCare) and other company systems to support operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client care.
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, lawyers, insurers, and other referral partners.
- Represent the Company at networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
- Develop new referral sources and strategic partnerships.
- Promote the Company's services and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
Leadership
- Act as a trusted leader and ambassador for the Company.
- Inspire, mentor, and support employees.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
- Execute and maintain confidentiality under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
- Experience working within the healthcare industry is required.
- Established relationships with law firms, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, insurers, or other healthcare referral sources are strongly preferred.
- Experience in home and community care, rehabilitation, personal support services, or healthcare operations is considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated success in business development, networking, or client relationship management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing competing priorities.
- Experience with AlayaCare (or similar healthcare software) is considered an asset.
