Well.ca’s Warehouse team is certainly at the core of our company, and it is our goal to make every customer happy, one order at a time. Every Warehouse Associate is empowered to ensure quality and accuracy in each order they ship, while contributing to the speed, growth, and improvement of our overall process. As part of the team, your ultimate goal will be to prove to each customer that Well.ca is dedicated to incredible service and quality.
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, sorted, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are important. Training and support will be provided to help you learn the role and our processes.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm EST
Working Location: Guelph, ON, Onsite
Hourly Wage: $18.20 CAD per hour
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:

Pick, sort, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Weigh, scan, label, and process shipments using automated shipping equipment.

Build and wrap skids and assist with trailer loading.

Assist with maintaining accurate inventory and product locations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow established processes, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

Work collaboratively with team members to support daily warehouse operations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
Physical Requirements:

Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.

Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
