Bempro’s main operating arms specialize in precision sheet metal fabrication, mission critical cooling solutions, and physical IT infrastructure. Industries we serve include telecommunications, medical, nuclear, transportation and military. We are looking for an individual who has strong knowledge of logistics and customer service to support the overall success of our business in our Shipping department.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory.
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment safely.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule deliveries effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist with order picking as needed to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a shipping or warehouse role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Ability to operate cranes or other heavy machinery safely is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to shipping processes is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy packages as required by the job.
Day Shift: 7:30pm - 4:00pm
