About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer for a part-time contract opportunity supporting an established Salesforce environment.
This is a flexible, project-based engagement expected to average up to 20 hours per week, with hours varying depending on project needs. This is not a guaranteed 40-hour-per-week contract.
Responsibilities
- Translate functional and business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and enhancements
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce environments
- Address technical debt and develop scalable, maintainable solutions
- Support Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms and systems
- Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, and clients
- Create technical documentation and provide guidance to users
- Support ongoing enhancements and project-based development needs
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Components
- Salesforce Flows
- Process Builder
- Salesforce integrations
- Experience working within established Salesforce environments
- Strong understanding of scalable Salesforce architecture and technical debt remediation
- Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, project-based environment
Preferred
- Salesforce Developer certifications

- Part-time contract
- Up to approximately 20 hours per week
- Hours may vary based on project requirements

Pay: $80.00-$110.00 per hour
