Prescription & Workflow Support
- Verify completeness of prescription information under pharmacist supervision
- Input and manage patient medication records in pharmacy software (e.g.,
- Kroll/PS)nsurance & Billing Operations
- Process third-party insurance claims (NIHB, private insurers, ODB where applicable)
- Resolve rejected claims and coordinate with insurance providers
- Handle patient pickup coordination and basic pharmacy counter service
- Provide bilingual communication support for non-English speaking patients
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday Except Wednesday
Kroll Software experience is an asset
