Okanagan Civil Constructors is a growing civil construction company based in the Okanagan. We’re looking for experienced construction worker to join our team. Job Description:
As a skilled Labourer / Water truck driver at Okanagan Civil Constructors, you will work closely with our construction team to provide essential support on a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include general labor tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the civil construction industry and contribute to the completion of impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization.
- Operate water truck as required
- Support the construction team in various tasks and activities.
- Transport and distribute materials and supplies as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a secure working environment.
- Participate in general labor activities to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- No specific education or experience requirements; we welcome candidates at all levels.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and adaptability.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and instructions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy lifting.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to commute to job sites.
- Capability to lift up to 50lbs.
