As a (CAN) Guidewire Claims Tester - (Senior) - (7-10 years), you will be part of the Claims Support Department supporting Claims Processing and Quality Assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead the testing efforts for Guidewire Claims applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, design test strategies, and execute test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate software changes and enhancements.
- Utilize testing tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, and Selenium to manage test cases and track defects.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in testing processes and standards.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in software testing within the insurance industry, specifically in Guidewire Claim systems.
- Proven experience in testing Claim applications, with a focus on policy lifecycle transactions.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes including JIRA, Zephyr, and Selenium.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in Test Engineering or Guidewire Claim systems are preferred.
