Opulence Global is seeking a reliable, energetic, and hands-on individual to join our Operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
The successful candidate will support shipping, inventory management, warehouse operations, and occasional local deliveries while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders
- Prepare and process freight and skid shipments
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Perform general labour duties as required
- Conduct local pickups and deliveries using company vehicles
- Support operational projects and warehouse improvements
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
Requirements
- Post-secondary education (college or university) required
- Ability to lift and move products up to 40 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a pickup truck or cargo van for local deliveries
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory experience is an asset
Assets
- Forklift certification and experience
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, freight, or shipping software
- Inventory management experience
- E-commerce fulfillment experience

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional weekends or evenings
