We are looking to bring in a Mr. Lube + Tires Store Manager to our International Ave location.
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of daily shop operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and developing a high-performing team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operations, customer engagement, and team management in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet service and performance standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
- Foster a positive, professional, and high-energy workplace culture.
- Ensure service quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction at every stage of the visit.
- Oversee all daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Mr. Lube policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels; order supplies as required.
- Complete daily cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of management experience in automotive, retail, or service industries.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic automotive knowledge is an asset; training provided.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
