Duties
- Develop and implement targeted marketing facebook campaigns to attract prospective clients and investors.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
- Manage lead databases using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth within targeted markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Running Facebook Campaigns, Lead Generation through social media adds, or business development, preferably within real estate or related industries.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability in telemarketing, customer service, and lead generation activities.
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products/services is a plus.
- Strong business development skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
