Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in plumbing systems, along with experience in related trades such as carpentry, HVAC, and welding. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures and systems across commercial and residential projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand tools and power tools, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for installation or repair tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry or HVAC teams to coordinate project requirements
- Assist in assembly of plumbing components and related structures on-site or in fabrication areas
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly dispose of waste materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within commercial or residential settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in carpentry, HVAC systems, welding, and construction practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise installations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and plumbing work environments
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding conditions

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
