About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing part-time Sales Representative to help homeowners understand and access CleanBC rebates for energy-efficient upgrades.
You will meet homeowners, explain available rebates, and guide them on upgrading their homes with solutions such as heat pumps, insulation, windows, and ventilation systems.
This is a field-based role with strong earning potential for the right person.
Job Duties
- Visit residential areas (door-to-door and scheduled appointments)
- Educate homeowners about CleanBC rebates and energy-efficient upgrades
- Explain benefits of:
- Heat pumps
- Insulation
- High-efficiency windows
- Generate leads and book installation appointments
- Follow up with interested homeowners
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements
✔ Excellent spoken English and communication skills
✔ Friendly, confident, and professional attitude

✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently
✔ Legally authorized to work in Canada
✔ Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Compensation
- Base pay + commission
