Reunion Coffee Roasters is hiring a full time barista at our Flagship (385 Roncesvalles Ave) location!
About Us
We’ve been roasters of specialty coffee for 31 years, with a focus on sustainability throughout the supply chain. Seven year ago, we decided to open our cafe to share our favourite coffees with a wider audience and Roncesvalles has been our home ever since.
We have a strong emphasis on customer service and guest experience, put our people first, and try not to take ourselves too seriously.
About You
As a full time barista, you have consistent availability, and want to work 5 days per week. Hours range from 14-24 hours per week, depending on business levels, needs of the shop and your availability.
Job responsibilities include:
- Offering exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests leave with exactly, or more than, what they came in for
- Preparation of coffee using a variety of brew methods (including batch brew and espresso)
- Cash handling
- General and specialized cleaning and maintenance
- Stocking/restocking
Preference is given to folks with a hospitality background. Coffee experience required
Review after 3 months, then semi-annually after that.
