Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional house cleaner to join our team full-time! As a cleaning technician at Aleksandra Cleaning, you will learn how to professionally clean a variety of houses while working in a supportive team environment. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn! Training is provided.
Requirements:
- A reliable personal vehicle + driver's license
- Clean criminal record
- Must be pet-friendly (not scared or allergic, a lot of our clients have furry friends!)
- Have a sense of responsibility, respect, and self-awareness
- Must be able to consistently lift 25lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing cleaning duties
- Speak proficient English

- We are looking for someone to join us FULL-TIME. Must be available Monday to Friday, from 8:00am - 4:30pm (some days are shorter, or longer!)
- Employment position only, no subcontractors
- Cleaning technicians start at $20.00/h during probation period, with an increase to $21.50 after 90 days; pay bump to $22.00/h after 12 months of working with us
- Weekend shifts are available if you wish to pick up extra hours
- We specialize in maintenance cleans (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly) and deep cleans. We also do move-in/out cleanings, post-construction jobs, and small commercial businesses.
