Full-Time Construction & Restoration Technician
Location: Ottawa and surrounding area

What You’ll Do
* Residential renovations and repairs
* Flood and water damage restoration
* Demolition and reconstruction
* General handyman services
* Framing and structural carpentry
* Drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and repairs
* Painting and finishing
* Flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.)
* Trim, doors, windows, and finish carpentry
* Kitchen and bathroom renovations
* Roofing and siding repairs
* Decks, fences, sheds, and exterior projects
* Insulation and vapour barrier installation
* Basic concrete, parging, and masonry repairs
* Landscaping and property maintenance
* Material handling and job site organization
* Safe operation of power tools and construction equipment
* Providing professional, courteous customer service on-site
Please Note: This position includes all aspects of residential construction and restoration except licensed plumbing and electrical work.
Qualifications
* Experience in residential construction or restoration is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of residential building materials and construction methods.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
* Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction work.
* Valid driver’s licence required.
* Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to and between job sites.
* Must supply and maintain your own basic hand tools.
* Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
