Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable RECE - Supply Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves providing high-quality instruction across various classrooms on a temporary basis, ensuring continuity of learning for students. Duties
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
- Supervise and manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Collaborate with school staff and support personnel to implement educational plans.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster positive behavior among students.
- Assist with student assessments and provide feedback to support their progress.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed to support student success.
Qualifications
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid and CPR Level C
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and grade levels.
- Certification or licensure as an RECE (Registered Early Childhood Educator) is preferred but not mandatory for supply roles.This position provides an excellent opportunity for educators seeking flexible work arrangements while making a meaningful impact on students’ educational experiences.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
