We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise will help ensure our products are manufactured efficiently, accurately, and safely.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, primarily Fanuc-controlled equipment, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
- Program CNC machines using CNC programming languages to create complex parts with tight tolerances.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and other hand tools to verify dimensions and ensure quality control throughout the machining process.
- Experience
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably with Fanuc controls.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of machining processes and CNC programming fundamentals.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD software is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during machining tasks.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
