Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our busy physiotherapy clinic. Candidates must have prior office administration experience; experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy setting is strongly preferred.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration (required)
- Previous experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy clinic (preferred)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with office systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and managing front desk operations
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Maintaining patient accounts by collecting, recording, and updating personal and financial information (private, MVA, WCB, PCN)
- Processing payments and handling billing inquiries
- Following up with clients and insurance companies
- General administrative and clerical duties as required
