We are a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic in West Springs, SW Calgary, operating at the intersection of dentistry, medical aesthetics, airway health, and physician-led wellness. Our technology suite includes Solea laser dentistry, BTL aesthetic devices, CBCT imaging, and Curve Dental software — and we are just getting started. The right candidate will grow with us as we continue to build one of the most advanced practices in Alberta.
What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for a wide range of general and advanced dental procedures
- Assisting Dr. Z chairside using precise four-handed dentistry techniques
- Taking high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral scans
- Operating and assisting with advanced technology including Solea laser, and CBCT imaging
- Supporting airway management cases — training provided if needed
- Educating patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans in a clear and compassionate way
- Maintaining strict infection control and sterilization protocols at all times
- Accurately updating and managing patient records in Curve Dental
What We Need From You
- Active RDA license and registration in good standing in Alberta — required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
- Comfort with dental technology — the more experience you have with digital workflows, the better
- Experience with Curve Dental, intraoral scanning, or Solea laser is a genuine advantage
- A background or interest in sleep apnea or airway management is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy clinical environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
