5 Rivers is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our landscaping crew. We work on a variety of residential and commercial landscaping projects and are looking for people who are comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work.
Responsibilities
- Install sod, soil, mulch, rock, and other landscaping materials
- Assist with grading and site preparation
- Install patios, pavers, walkways, and retaining walls
- Assist with fence and other outdoor construction projects
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
Requirements
- Landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Able to perform physical labour and lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a crew
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are an asset
- Experience operating skid steers, compactors, saws, or other equipment is an asset
