Duties

- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all food service activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in meal preparation within a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Strong understanding of the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
