As a locally owned and family-operated franchise in Canada’s largest lawn care system, we provide professional, personalized lawn care services for both residential and commercial properties. All of our products are safe and environmentally conscious.

About the Job:
- Provide essential lawn care and pest control services, such as fertilization, weed control, core aeration, mosquito control, and more. (Note: We do not offer lawn mowing, snow removal, or landscaping services)
- Mix of independent and team-based work
- Daily physical activity and hands-on tasks
- Assess and recommend solutions to improve the quality of our customers’ lawns
- Gain sales experience and develop customer service skills
- Learn about equipment maintenance and repair
- Enjoy a competitive hourly wage, with opportunities for year-end bonuses and sales incentives
Weed Man Technician Requirements:
- Valid G2/G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and ability to work independently
- Capable of lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds (8-12 hours per day)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (8-12 hours per day)
- Excellent people and problem-solving skills
