Hours & Schedule
- Tuesday to Saturday, 5am to 1pm
- Full availability required during training period
What You'll Do
- Lead and anchor the morning shift
- Pack wholesale and customer orders alongside the overnight baker from 5am
- Stack cake orders then move into stacking cake slices
- Set up the display case before opening
- Decorate cakes to our quality standards
- Support Didi with overflow decorating as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the team
- Collaborate with ownership to keep morning production on track
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional bakery or kitchen
- Cake decorating experience is non-negotiable
- Proven ability to lead or work independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Reliable, consistent, and self-directed — you don't need someone standing over you
- A team player who takes ownership of their shift
- Certification in baking is an asset
Pay: $21–$23/hr based on experience
