Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Customer Service representative from Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm, to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions accurately, and creating a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
Duties
- Must be comfortable with working alone
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Ensure the checkout area and store remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support the team with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
