Work location: Network of 25 clinics
Start date: Immediate
Contract Type: Permanent—Full-time
Work Schedule: 30 hours GUARANTEED; availability: 35–40 hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.—must have a car and a Class 5 driver’s license

Have experience in a similar role (a plus)

Be bilingual in spoken and written English and French, as 50% of our clients are English-speaking and 50% are French-speaking

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Travel within our network of clinics to cover staffing needs (paid travel time and mileage reimbursement)

Greet patients and other visitors, both over the phone and at the front desk

Promote the company and the quality of the treatments offered to clients
-
Effectively implement the company’s operational procedures
-
Inform clients about the services offered and provide them with information on the progress of their treatments or the administrative procedures related to their records

Schedule and confirm appointments; manage the schedules of various staff members
-
Contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic

Open and file patient records / General filing
-
Enter various data into the computer system for patient records

Bill for and collect payment for visits
-
Ensure that calls and messages are forwarded
