Overview
We are seeking friendly and professional Servers or Bartenders to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of all menu items in accordance with health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations throughout shifts
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any special requests or concerns
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills
- Follow all food industry standards for hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, at least 3 yrs preferred, especially serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cashiering and billing purposes
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
