Our story is one of rapid growth, bold ideas and extraordinary opportunities. We’re here to challenge the status quo—and we’re looking for brilliant people who want to do the same. No matter where you are in the world, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional.
Technology and security are inseparable from business success at Centric. As the executive responsible for both Information Systems and Cybersecurity, you will establish the strategic vision for how technology enables our employees while protecting our business, our products, and our customers.
You will lead globally distributed teams responsible for enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, end-user computing, service delivery, networking, identity and access management, and security operations. Beyond keeping systems running, you’ll challenge the organization to continuously improve, simplify processes, modernize legacy technologies, and deliver an exceptional employee technology experience.
Cybersecurity will remain a strategic business function under your leadership. You’ll oversee enterprise security operations, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, application security, cloud security, and governance programs that reduce risk while supporting business agility. Your ability to communicate complex risks in business terms will help leaders make informed decisions and maintain the confidence of customers, partners, and stakeholders.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you’ll represent Information Systems and Cybersecurity at the executive level, providing strategic guidance on technology investments, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning. You’ll also serve as a trusted partner during customer security reviews, external audits, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives that require strong technology leadership.
Perhaps most importantly, you’ll build and develop exceptional teams. You’ll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation—creating an environment where talented professionals are empowered to solve complex challenges while supporting the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
