Ron’s Rentals rents a full line of off-road all-terrain equipment for industrial use. Our rental fleet includes latest model Argo's, Side by Sides, ATV's, snowmobiles, and trailers.
We're growing our Fort McMurray location and looking for someone who's hands-on, eager to learn, and wants to build a career in equipment service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ron's Rentals is looking for a Junior Technician to work out of our Fort McMurray location.
Responsibilities include
- Inspection and service of equipment
- Minor repairs on equipment
- Loading and unloading equipment on trailers
- Driving 1 ton truck and trailer to drop off and/or pick up equipment
- Cleaning equipment
- Meeting customers to pick up and drop off rental equipment
- Other shop duties
This is a full-time position with 40+ hours per week.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
- Some mechanical experience - hands-on experience counts, formal training not required
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things right
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
Assets (not required):
- Experience hauling trailers and securing loads
- Background in small engine, powersport, or equipment repair
- Familiarity with Argo, ATV, UTV, or snowmobile products
