Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating heavy-duty dump trucks to transport materials efficiently and safely across various job sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations, heavy equipment operation, and vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, or other bulk loads to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws to ensure safe operation at all times.
- Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating dump trucks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to load, unload, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks as required.
