Program Manager – Tooling & Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead tooling and manufacturing projects from planning through completion. This role will coordinate engineering, production, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate engineering, production, suppliers, and customers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Manage customer requirements and project changes.
- Use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project for planning, documentation, communication, and reporting.
- Lead project meetings and provide status updates to management and customers.
- Resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
- Support continuous improvement and efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in program/project management, tooling, molds, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Manufacturing, tooling, or mold-making experience is preferred.
Pay: $75,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
