We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and extremely caring individual to join our wonderful eye care team. We are a team of highly educated eye care professionals and provide excellence in eye health care, vision, eyewear and customer service.
We are looking for an expert in customer care with exemplary phone etiquette. Proficiency in computers and technology are necessary. An eagerness to learn and strive for excellence is required.
- A minimum of TWO YEAR of WORK EXPERIENCE in optical/eyewear sales is REQUIRED. Applicants without experience will be rejected.
Duties include but are not limited to warmly greeting patients, pre-testing and educating patients, selection and sales of frames, lenses and accessories, product education, optical pricing, ordering, lens verification, frame adjustments and repairs, dispensing, contact lens training, administration tasks, billing patients and insurance providers.
The right candidate will be provided training and ongoing education.
