We’re hiring fundraisers in Fredericton to represent major nonprofit organizations working on humanitarian, environmental, and social justice campaigns.
This role is especially popular with students and recent graduates from UNB and St. Thomas University, as well as people involved in music, theatre, visual arts, writing, and other creative fields.
It offers stable income, meaningful work, and flexible scheduling while supporting important nonprofit causes.
No experience is required - we’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking with others and building connections.

$19/hour guaranteed to start (not commission)
$20/hour after training and evaluation
Leadership growth opportunities with pay ranging from $25 - $28/hour, based on performance

Our teams raise funds through face-to-face outreach with members of the public in community spaces and neighbourhoods throughout Fredericton.
Fundraisers speak with people about nonprofit campaigns and invite them to become monthly supporters.

Interest in nonprofit or advocacy work
Ability to work outdoors and on their feet
Experience in fundraising, customer service, hospitality, retail, advocacy, volunteering, activism, performance, or other public-facing roles is helpful - but not required.
