Responsibilities
- Deliver residential plumbing services including installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Inspect and assess plumbing systems to identify issues and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and water/wastewater distribution equipment in residential properties.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings, recommended solutions, and system maintenance.
- Prioritize and manage daily assignments to meet deadlines and service commitments.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every service call.
- Educate customers on proper equipment care and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications
- 306A Plumbing license or equivalent certification.
- Or registered as an Apprentice.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of performing the duties associated with the role.
