Qualifications
- Previous construction or civil labour experience required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and earthworks.
- Install underground utilities, drainage systems, and other civil infrastructure.
- Perform general labour duties, including shoveling, grading, and material handling.
- Work safely around heavy equipment and assist operators as needed.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
