Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Canada. Based in our manufacturing facility, this role is vital for ensuring the efficient production of our premium hardwood flooring. The Machine Operator will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and adjustments.
- Manage forklift operations for material handling within the warehouse.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in quality control inspections to meet product standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Document operational activities and report issues promptly.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Experience with forklift operation.
- Familiarity with assembly processes and hand tools.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity required for manual tasks.
