Your job will involve working with a group of 8 children between the ages of 3 to 5. We believe in teaching children boundaries, manners and how to become a kind human. Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Provide attentive caregiving to meet the individual needs of children, including feeding and supervising playtime
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's unique needs and development goals
- Incorporate inclusive practices when working with children with disabilities or special needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom to ensure a healthy learning environment
- Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations related to early childhood education
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with young children is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in caregiving roles within early childhood settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
- Passion for teaching and supporting the growth of young learners

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
