We are looking for a Showroom Design Associate who understands that this role is about more than selling flooring. It’s about guiding decisions, protecting the client experience, and executing details flawlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
- Guide clients through product selections with confidence and clarity
- Translate inspiration into cohesive, buildable material packages
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up consistently
- Manage details inside our systems (Monday.com, POS, order tracking)
- Communicate with installers and suppliers when needed
- Maintain an organized, beautiful showroom
- Support social media content when appropriate (behind the scenes moments, product features, etc.)
This role blends design guidance, sales execution, and operational precision.

What This Role Is Not

Experience
- Experience in flooring, interior design, or construction
- Previous sales or showroom experience
- Comfort using digital systems and project management tools
- Familiarity with Instagram, Canva, or content creation is a bonus

- Monday-Friday (Some Saturday availability is a bonus!)
