Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, motivated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing excellent customer service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions with cash handling and cashiering skills
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the service area
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed, adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and front-of-house spaces
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any concerns to ensure satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order management
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and food industry standards is desirable
- Experience with food industry operations including serving, food handling, and food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.20-$25.14 per hour
