Customer Service — Fol Epi Organic Bakery
Fol Epi is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our organic bakery at Dockside Green in the Vic West community.
We make French-inspired breads and pastries from organic ingredients, we mill our own flour from Organic Red Fife wheat. We’re looking for someone who appreciates good food, cares about great service and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
The position includes:
- Welcoming and serving customers
- Sharing knowledge about our breads and pastries
- Taking in-person and phone orders
- Stocking and organizing the bakery counter and crafting espresso coffee
- Keeping the front area clean, tidy and inviting, some light dishwashing
- Working closely with our bakers and counter team
General food knowledge is an asset. You should be outgoing, quick on your feet, dependable and attentive to detail.
This position is 4–5 days per week.
Starting wage: $20 per hour plus tip pool
