KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely deliver cannabis products to customers in compliance with AGCO regulations
- Verify customer identification to ensure all recipients are of legal age
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at delivery points
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow routing procedures
- Promote awareness of products, loyalty programs, and brand experience
- Report delays, incidents, or order discrepancies immediately
- Assist in organizing deliveries, packaging orders, and inventory staging
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Represent Holland Daze professionally during all deliveries
- Provide outstanding service and ensure each customer interaction is positive
- Communicate respectfully, politely, and confidently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum age of 19
- Valid CannSell Certification (required before interview)
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving abstract
- Own insured vehicle suitable for delivery work
- Satisfactory criminal background check
EXPERIENCE
- Previous delivery, courier, retail, or cannabis experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about cannabis products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
AVAILABILITY
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during order handling
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
