Hours & Schedule
- Wednesday to Sunday, 1pm to 9pm
- Full availability required during training period
What You'll Do
- Prepare frostings, buttercreams and caramels
- Scale and prep ingredients for daily production
- Roll and proof cinnamon buns for service
- Pack Uber Eats orders
- Pack orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the team
- Collaborate with the evening lead to keep production on track
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional bakery or kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- A team player who takes ownership of their station
- Certification in baking is an asset
Pay: $20/hr
