Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and lead enterprise Salesforce implementations, integrations, custom development, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce platform expertise, hands-on development experience, and a proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce solutions.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can manage development teams, drive best practices, oversee integrations and data migrations, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and customizations, including:
- Data migrations
- Data quality initiatives
- System integrations
- Third-party applications
- AppExchange solutions
- Custom Salesforce development
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout all phases of Salesforce delivery, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Solution design
- Development
- Testing
- Deployment
- Production support
- Lead Salesforce development teams working with:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Java
- AJAX
- Salesforce platform technologies
- Design and implement Salesforce integration solutions with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, and other business systems.
- Manage complex Salesforce data migration initiatives, including ETL activities and data quality improvements.
- Establish and enforce best practices for:
- Integration architecture
- Application development
- Deployment processes
- Testing standards
- Release management
- Support CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce release management processes.
- Manage technical work streams and coordinate delivery across global teams.
- Identify technical risks, issues, and provide recommendations to support successful project delivery.
- Recommend Salesforce solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of total IT experience.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations supporting 300+ users.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as Oracle and SAP.
- Experience with complex data migration and ETL projects.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools, including Informatica Cloud.
- Experience working in a global delivery model.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce integration experience.
- Current Salesforce certifications preferred.
