About Us
JHS Logistics is a fast-growing transportation company specializing in temperature-controlled (reefer) freight throughout Canada and the United States. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, proactive communication, and reliable on-time performance. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced dispatcher who wants more than just a job—we're looking for someone who wants to help build and shape our dispatch department.
About the Role
This is not a traditional dispatcher position.
We're looking for a high-performing Full-Cycle Dispatcher who can independently manage every aspect of the dispatch process—from booking freight and planning loads to customer communication, problem resolution, documentation, and invoicing.
The successful candidate will become a key member of our operations team and will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role by helping recruit, train, and mentor future dispatchers as our company expands.
If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and takes ownership of your work from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
