Job Summary

Duties

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with clients and generate new leads
- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple customer interactions throughout shifts
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Prior experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, especially involving product demos and technical explanations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately and performing sales calculations

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per year
