About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, design-savvy Inside Sales Representative / Design Consultant to join our Toronto showroom team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them, understanding their project goals, and helping guide them to the perfect material choices.
In this role, you’ll:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients with enthusiasm and expertise
- Provide tailored design advice and product recommendations
- Manage leads, follow up on quotes, and help close sales
- Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Interest in interior design, architecture, or construction
- Excellent communication, listening, and people skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience in tile, finishes, or home design industries

This position is located in Toronto near Dufferin and Lawrence.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
