The Role
We're looking for a driven B2B sales professional to grow our commercial territory. You'll build relationships with property managers, construction PMs, architects, and maintenance supervisors — managing existing accounts, hunting new business, and promoting our preventative maintenance program. You'll act as a trusted advisor: understanding each customer's needs and recommending the right solution.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new commercial prospects through networking, outreach, and lead generation
- Manage and grow a defined territory strategically
- Diagnose client needs and sell solutions, not just features
- Manage renewals, retention, and contracts
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Must-Have
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and consultative-selling skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license (hybrid role, territory-based)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in construction, building products, or technical/solution sales
- Familiarity with commercial property management or facilities
Compensation & Perks
- $90,000–$140,000 total earning potential (base salary + commission)
