At Indigo, we're looking for a Parking Enforcement Administrator to support our national Enforcement team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reporting, analytics, and day-to-day operational support that helps keep our enforcement programs running efficiently across Canada.
Working closely with the Senior Director of Enforcement, you'll analyze operational data, prepare reports, support enforcement technology, coordinate key administrative processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- Prepare reports and analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compile and present data using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate registered owner search requests and statement processing in applicable regions.
- Maintain documentation for finance, reporting, and budgeting purposes.
- Prepare and submit files to third-party collection agencies.
- Support enforcement technology, including system testing, rollouts, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, IT, and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Assist with special projects and other operational initiatives as required.
What You Bring
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with operational reporting or data analysis is an asset.
- Experience in parking enforcement, compliance, security, municipal enforcement, or operations is considered an asset.
- Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related field is an asset.
