Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.

Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Experience

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar supervisory role within a restaurant setting.

Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.

Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.

Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred.

Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required.
