Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paper/Rainscreen Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality rainscreen systems, Your expertise will ensure precise execution of installation processes.
You must be Flexible with your Schedule, Able to stick to Commitment of job, and Follow through until job is completed.
Pay will be discussed in person, will be calculated on each job as what is needed to be done
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, and applying necessary primers to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality
- Install rainscreen systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment with precision and safety in mind
- Apply finishing touches such as sealing joints with caulking to prevent water infiltration and improve insulation performance
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of installation
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the process to verify adherence to schematics and project specifications
- Proven construction experience with a focus on exterior wall systems installations
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for precise work
- Experience in carpentry, restoration, or construction
- Knowledge of Air Barrier
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience a must
