We're currently looking for an experienced Insurance Advisor III to join a successful, relationship-focused Co-operators agency in the Waterloo Region.

How You Will Create Impact
Deliver Trusted Advice
- Provide personalized insurance solutions across home, auto, commercial and life insurance products.
- Complete proactive insurance reviews and identify opportunities to enhance clients' coverage.
- Help clients make informed decisions by providing advice they can trust.
- Support clients through changing life circumstances by ensuring their protection evolves with their needs.
Build Strong Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, client relationship management, or insurance advising.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities and opportunities.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Licensing Requirements
- OTL (Other Than Life) Licence
- LLQP (Life Licence Qualification Program)
- Candidates who currently hold one licence and are willing to obtain the other will be considered.
What You Need To Know
- This role operates in a hybrid work environment, with two-three days per week in office.
- Occasional evening availability may be required to support client needs, networking activities, and community events.
- The successful candidate will actively contribute to both agency growth objectives and outstanding client experiences.
- This role combines elements of business development, relationship management, and client service.
